Repair first, replace only when it’s real

We repair and service every major brand, whoever made it and whoever installed it. That’s the default answer to an Azle service call. Replacement only enters the conversation when the system can’t keep up with the house, repairs are becoming frequent or expensive, energy bills are climbing without explanation, or the unit is around ten years old or more. When that’s genuinely the case, we install American Standard — one line, chosen decades ago and still the only one we put our name on.

Estimates on replacements are free, second opinions are free, and financing is available with approved credit. If you want to think it through before you call, when repair doesn’t make sense lays out the trade-off honestly.

Winter is short, but it isn’t optional

Azle spends most of the year cooling, so the furnace tends to be an afterthought until the first genuinely cold morning. Heating repair, maintenance and installation is on the same truck — worth booking a check before you need it rather than during the first freeze.

A cooling tune-up in late spring costs a fraction of a mid-summer emergency, and it catches the parts that actually fail — the capacitor, the coils, the condensate drain — while they are still small problems.
