Financing
Financing for a new AC or heating system
Getting the right HVAC system shouldn’t be stressful — or complicated. Financing is available with approved credit, the estimate on a replacement is free, and you can find out where you stand before you commit to anything.
A heating and cooling system is one of the larger purchases a homeowner makes, and it rarely happens on a convenient schedule — systems tend to quit in the middle of a North Texas August or the first hard freeze of the winter. Financing exists so that the timing of the failure doesn’t decide the quality of the replacement.
Financing is available with approved credit (WAC). It is provided by third-party lenders — Lawrence Air Conditioning & Heating is not a lender — so the rate, the term and the monthly payment are set by the lender and disclosed to you before you accept anything.

Why homeowners use it
- Multiple offers in minutes — options from leading lenders, side by side
- A soft credit check to preview options — checking won’t affect your score
- Fast funding once you’re approved and finalized
- Covers installs, repairs and service — not just full replacements
- Options across a wide range of credit profiles
How it works
- Apply. The application takes a few minutes and a handful of quick questions. You’ll see the options available to you right away.
- Choose your plan. Compare the terms, the monthly payments and the timelines, and pick the one that fits your budget.
- Get funded and scheduled. After final approval, funding is fast — and we get the installation or the repair on the calendar.
We can’t tell you in advance what rate or term you’ll be offered, and we won’t guess at it on a web page. If you want to talk through what’s realistic for your situation before you apply, call 817-237-8028 and talk to the family that owns the company.
What people finance
A new system install
High-efficiency air conditioning and heating equipment. When it’s time to replace, we install American Standard — the one line we’ve trusted for decades. (We repair and service every major brand, whatever you own today.) See AC installation and replacement for what a changeout actually involves.
Repair and service
Big fixes, small fixes and everything in between. If you’re weighing a large repair bill against a replacement, read when repair doesn’t make sense before you decide.
Air quality upgrades
Filtration, purifiers and comfort add-ons. Indoor air quality covers the options.
Start with a free estimate
Estimates on residential and commercial replacements are free, and second opinions are free too. That matters here: knowing the real number for the job is what makes the financing conversation useful instead of theoretical. We’ll look at the equipment you have, the size of the home and what’s actually failing, and give you a figure — then you decide whether to pay for it outright or finance it.
If you’d rather keep the system you have running longer, our maintenance plans are the cheaper path, and why homeowners choose Lawrence explains how we work.
Get the real number first. Then talk payments.
